Hi there!
I hope you enjoy this video!?
It shows some basic applications of our Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan). It seemed to me that many people are not aware that Tai Chi Chuan as a martial art has four catergories of attack and defense. The four catergories are Striking, Kicking, Felling techniques and ‘Chi Na’ which is the gripping, locking, breaking and tearing of joints, bones, ligaments and skin.
My aim with the video is to show three basic techniques in each of the four catergories of Tai Chi Chuan combat. I hope you enjoy it!
