What is Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan?

Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan is excellent for attaining health, vitality, overcoming illness, training Combat Efficiency and for Spiritual Cultivation, regardless of one’s religion.
In appearance, it looks similar to the Yang and Chen Styles of Tai Chi Chuan. In the beginning of training, it emphasizes large open movements and and also trains Fa-Jing (explosive force). It also has a more obviously ‘martial’ appearance then most forms of Tai Chi Chuan seen nowadays.
As a martial art it is ‘complete’ in that it incorporates the four main types of attack and defense. Namely ‘striking, kicking, gripping and felling’ it also includes weapons training, in the form of the sword, the saber and the staff. The martial arts training methods of Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan are not brutal and violent, but in fact stress safety first and respect for the training partner.
